Being non-GMO, gluten-free, and sourced from grass-fed cows, it appeals to those seeking clean and ethical dietary options. Nutritionally, it provides essential amino acids and can help promote satiety, making it a good choice for weight management. However, potential drawbacks include its higher cost relative to other protein powders and the possibility of digestive discomfort in individuals sensitive to dairy. Overall, this product is suitable for fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and those looking to enhance muscle growth, but consumers should assess their personal dietary needs and lactose tolerance before choosing this supplement.
Legion Protein Editorial Review
LEGION Casein Protein Powder (Dutch Chocolate) is a slow-release micellar casein protein powder that is non-GMO, gluten-free, and naturally sweetened from grass-fed cows. This product shines with its clean ingredients, providing 24g of protein per serving without artificial sweeteners or added sugars, making it a healthier alternative to other brands. Users appreciate its mild chocolate flavor that resembles real food rather than artificial products, and the smooth mixing with liquids like almond milk. While some have noted a slight chalky texture, this protein powder is favored for keeping hunger at bay, particularly as a pre-bedtime snack, supporting overnight muscle recovery without stomach discomfort.
