The height adjusts from 5.74 to 7.55 feet, so a 5'2 beginner and a 6'4 advanced athlete can both use the same station. The multi-function design means you're not just doing pull-ups. Use the dip bars for triceps and chest work, do leg raises for core, set up push-ups on the base, or use the top bar for inverted rows. The baked paint finish resists sweat and rust – leave it in the garage or even on a covered patio. When you're done, fold it down to about 45 inches wide and 68 inches tall. Slide it against a wall, behind a door, or into a corner. You don't need a dedicated workout room. A few honest notes. Assembly is required – set aside about 30-45 minutes.
